Rates and timings

• Standard: 3–6 business days — free on orders over $95, otherwise $6.90.
• Express: 1–3 business days — $14.90.
• International: 5–12 business days — calculated at checkout.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, including a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Duties and taxes

Taxes are shown at checkout. Orders outside the shipping destination’s customs union may be subject to import duties payable to the carrier on delivery.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not moved for seven business days, contact care@svelta.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier and replace the order where required.
