You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale or misuse its content. All text, imagery and branding remain the property of Svelta.
2. Products and availability
We work to display products and colours accurately, but screens vary. Availability is not guaranteed and we may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Orders are confirmed only once payment is authorised. Obvious pricing errors may be cancelled and refunded in full.
4. Orders and cancellation
We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, stock error or delivery restrictions. You may cancel an unshipped order by contacting care@svelta.com.
5. Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Svelta is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s place of establishment.
